After calling up Nintendo, they told him his system is still under warranty and e-mailed him a printable Fedex label. While they couldn't duplicate the problem, they suspected the motherboard was the problem, so replaced it and send him back 2 new copies of the games at no cost! And this was all for a 2 year old Wii.

A clueless mother was reportedly told by someone that she had to put in her credit card when prompted on the Wii. And she took this literally, so inserted THREE credit cards (we assume because she tried them one by one) into the Wii's disc slot. Unsurprisingly, this act caused the Wii to choke and die. Now she must explain herself to her kids as the Wii was a Christmas gift for them.
